Ticket fees are displayed based on the pricing structure established by this Service.
Ticket prices may vary depending on the user's nationality, applicable rate category, and other conditions determined by the Company or the facility.
The price displayed during the purchase process constitutes the final price.
Fees are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
The actual amount charged may differ due to exchange rates, fees, or other charges applied by the credit card company, financial institution, or payment service provider.
Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment system provided by ACLEDA Bank (hereinafter referred to as the "Payment System").
Ticket purchases require payment using the payment methods provided by the Payment System.
Upon completion of payment, the electronic ticket will be displayed within the Service, and a purchase confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
In the event of a payment error or other payment-related issue, the user agrees to cooperate with the Company's investigation and any necessary procedures.
Once a purchase is confirmed, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted for tickets purchased through this Service, regardless of the reason.

Users are responsible for saving information that proves their purchase—such as the purchase confirmation screen, electronic ticket screen, or confirmation email (e.g., via screenshot)—and for keeping such information secure.
We shall not be held liable if the user is unable to use the ticket due to a failure to retain such proof of purchase.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
In the event of any dispute arising between the Company and the User regarding the Service or these Terms, the competent court in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
